Sampling of Mercury and Toxic Metals in Flowing Gas Streams

PEI has developed advanced methods and specialized equipment for the sampling and analysis of mercury and other toxic metals in gas streams, including natural gas, natural gas liquids, refinery fuel gas, and olefins. PEI uses procedures and equipment based on the most recent versions of ASTM, ISO and EPA standard methods for the sampling and analysis of mercury.  In addition, the procedures and equipment employed by PEI team are consistent with and represent improvements upon those procedures detailed and recommended in the Gas Research Institute’s publication GRI-94/0243.2.
